Do you want help establishing a daily journaling practice? I’ve create 30 days of journaling prompts to encourage gratitude, self reflection and resilience. Each day you will receive a prompt and some additional articles, podcasts or videos on these topics. I encourage you to write for a minimum of three minutes on the prompt and do it daily. The cycle starts on Fridays, so if you sign up on Friday, you’ll start receiving prompts the next Friday.
