At City Hall, Team Ferrer trotted out "Mike Bloombucks," a tuxedo-wearing spoof on the billionaire mayor.

"I want to keep my grip on power. And the way I'll do that is by spending my money, because it's my money and I can spend it how I like," Bloombucks said, brandishing phony cash.
