What you will find below is a list of journaling prompts I’ve developed and borrowed from others, along with resources from around the web on minfulness, journaling, resilience, self compassion, happiness and gratitude. I developed this set of prompts for graduate MBA students working in teams, but have tried to make the prompts as general as possible so that anyone might find them useful. The cycle starts on a Friday, some of the prompts are related to the days of the week (Eg they refer to the week ahead, the week ending, or the weekend).
The list is in reverse chronological order and is pulled from the original Mailchimp campaign archive. If you find these prompts helpful, or decide to use them, please let me know.
