Actioncast with Sarah Pullman about Geek Yoga

One of the more pleasant surprises at the OSCMS Summit was the Yoga for Geeks session led by Sarah Pullman (who I met at Web of Change 2005.

The Elevator Cast format came in a flash, but there is not always an elevator around, so I came up with the idea of a Staircast, but then sometimes you just want to talk someone and not go up the stairs or down the stairs, so what to call them? I am trying out the name “ActionCasts”.
